We are currently looking a well-organized Operations Manager for maintaining the smooth operations of the Hospital as well as assuring high quality of the premier services rendered in the Hospital.

The main responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of the Outpatient Department, ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered to patients, and to take the lead in developing the services of OPD.


  • To ensure that the highest standard healthcare services is delivered to all patients and their families.
  • To act as patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity and confidentiality are met.
  • To monitor and ensure patient satisfaction and be proactive in managing any issue that is identified.
  • To act as a resource of specialist clinical knowledge and information for OPD staff and ensure that all practices are meeting the required standards.
  • To ensure that all provision of patients’ care is documented on a timely basis and accurately reflects the patient experience.
  • To organise any necessary admission to the wards in consultation with medical staff and the Reservation office.
  • To discuss and promote innovations that will improve patient care with the Management team.


  • Degree: Degree, MBA in health care administration, business administration, public administration or equivalent from an accredited institution Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in a senior management capacity including but not limited to business management, planning and financial oversight.
  • Proven track record in setting up and operating a healthcare environment Ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations
  • Prior work experience in quality accredited hospital and/or medical canter is an advantage Ability to communicate effectively with people within a multinational environment
  • Demonstrates analytical, meticulous and accuracy in the operational management of the hospital.
