Responsibilities:
• Search for new clients
• Enhances organizational human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, and HR Practices
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
• Nurture the positive work environment
• Employee compensation and benefits
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration (or) Any degree with HRM Diploma.
• Experiences in HRM Practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Hospitality industry is a plus.
